Artsnug is an art space and online gallery which is passionate about bringing great art into your life and onto your walls! We sell original works of art as well as open and limited edition prints from a carefully selected group of local, national and International artists.

We are dedicated to protecting your privacy and ensuring that any information you share with us is treated with the greatest care, in accordance with GDPR guidelines and the Data Protection Act.
Artsnug only collect and store information that will enable us to offer you the best possible service. We do not and will not sell your data to third parties.

Returns and Refunds
Our priority is to find you art that brings you joy for many years. If for any reason you are not happy with your online order or have changed your mind, you can request a full refund for the value of the artwork within 14 working days of receiving the artwork. Please, notify us via e-mail with the order number and the reason for return.
Once your return request has been accepted, you will have further 14 working days to return the artwork. It is your responsibility to return the artwork to us in the condition it was received in and we recommend you use a tracked and insured courier service. Once the artwork has arrived to us we will inspect it, confirm the refund and release the funds to you. We reserve the right to decline the refund if the artwork arrives back damaged or is lost during its journey back to us.
Please, note that we will refund you for the full value of the artwork only, excluding the original delivery charge.
If you change your mind about an order placed in person at our Walthamstow snug, let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to offer Artsnug art credit for the full value provided the artwork is received back in mint condition. The artwork must be received within 14 working days of the original order for all limited edition work, and within 3 working days for all original work.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for bespoke framing due to its nature.
This does not affect your consumer rights.
Damaged work
We take great care to ensure the highest quality of artwork, and the safe delivery of the piece to you. On the rare occasion that an artwork you have purchased is damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately on 07983 282 222 and immediately email photos of the damage to elina@artsnug.com. We will work closely with you to repair or replace the artwork where possible, but you will be eligible for an exchange or refund.
When accepting a delivery of artwork please check the piece for any damage immediately and contact us as soon as you can with any issues. If you do not report any damage within 24 hours of receiving the artwork, we may not be liable to offer an exchange or refund.
If damage has been incurred in your possession, or during a delivery or hanging process that was not arranged by Artsnug, we will not be liable to help. However, we may be able to advise on the best way to deal with the issue, so please call us!
If an artwork is confirmed as damaged, you will not be liable to pay for the return delivery costs.
Delivery
We are delighted to be able to offer local, national and international delivery using Royal Mail and specialist fine art couriers. Detailed delivery costs will be included in each individual artwork’s description.
Artwork
When viewing artwork online, please understand that every effort has been taken to faithfully reproduce the colours, texture, detail, scale and content of the work. We attempt to ensure that when you receive an artwork it is exactly as described. However, due to the bespoke nature of handcrafted art we cannot guarantee that the artwork will look exactly as it appears online. This is because of the intricacies of different paint colours, textures and processes. For example, colours may appear different in changed light conditions, and we cannot guarantee that your device will accurately display the colours of the artwork.
Artwork sizes may also differ slightly to those described online and we cannot accept responsibility for any small differences between the representation of the artwork and the artwork itself. If you have any concerns or questions about how an artwork may present, please take the time to call us and talk it over! We are always happy to help you gain a better understanding of the artwork you may want to snuggle up with.

We ask users of the website to respect our content in regard to copyright and intellectual property laws. The images, text, illustrations, design components and all other content on www.artsnug.com are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute any of the content on the website without written permission.
By entering www.artsnug.com you agree to abide by our Acceptable Use policy. The website must not be used in any way to act unlawfully, with the purpose of harming an individual or minor, as a way of inciting hatred or violence, or as a means to mislead an organisation or individual. You also agree to use the site for your own personal and non-commercial use only.
