‘In The Place to Be’ celebrates the sense of balance Kate has found in Waltham Forest – her home for nineteen years and the place she’s chosen to stay. Here, creativity and calm coexist – the buzz of local events, the light on Hollow Ponds, the nearness of Epping Forest. Through soft transitions of colour and movement, her work captures that harmony – the rhythm of a place alive with energy yet grounded in peace. It is both a love letter and a reminder never to take beauty for granted.
