Natural and skin contact wines have exploded in popularity in the past decade. “Natural” suggests organically farmed, probably unfiltered and possibly bottled with minimal added sulphur (though not necessarily any of these things!) and can encompass wines from the clean, fresh and fruity to the seriously unusual and funky. “Skin contact” often implies extra amounts of texture, mouthfeel and tang to the juice thanks to the juice spending more time on its skins than usual.

We'll be tasting a whole range of styles for every palate, from classically made low-intervention pinot noir to fabulously exotic, indigenous grapes with all the flavours.
